Program details and next steps
Founded in 2020, Trenton Santa Train Corp helps children and families across Dade County, Georgia. Our Christmas program serves children newborn through age 13. Monthly food and bread assistance, emergency food boxes, Thanksgiving meals, school supplies, and family support extend our work throughout the year.
Our work is rooted in faith, compassion, and the belief that every child deserves to experience the joy of Christmas. We help families with gifts, monthly food and bread assistance, emergency food boxes, Thanksgiving meals, school supplies, and resource connections. We are working toward a permanent home where we can expand support throughout the year. Donors, volunteers, businesses, churches, and community partners make this work possible.

In 2025, the Trenton Santa Train provided Christmas assistance to 246 children from 117 families in Dade County.
Our 2026 Christmas Campaign is now underway, and we are inviting individuals, families, businesses, churches, and community organizations to help us prepare for this year's Christmas distribution.
We are incredibly grateful for the generous donations of toys and food that make our Christmas distribution possible.
However, every family is different. Some families may need toys and food, while others may need clothing, shoes, socks, personal-care items, or other essential necessities.
Because we don't know exactly what each family will need until applications are received, it can be difficult to prepare when we rely entirely on donated items.
This year, we are asking our community to help us establish a Christmas Preparedness Fund.
Financial donations will allow the Trenton Santa Train to purchase specific items when they are needed and fill gaps in donated supplies, helping us respond to the individual needs of the children and families we serve.
We don't want a child or family to go without simply because the item they need wasn't donated.
Every donation helps us be prepared to meet the needs of the families we serve.
